Terms of Residency and Agreement
This housing contract outlines the terms of the agreement between the tenant and the landlord for the rental of a room at 64 Winnacunnet Road, Hampton, NH. The contract details, including the duration of residency, rent payment schedule, house rules, and conditions for occupancy, are binding upon signing. By agreeing to this contract, you acknowledge and accept the responsibilities and expectations set forth.
Liability and Responsibility
The landlord is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Tenants are encouraged to obtain renters' insurance to protect their belongings.
Termination and Removal
This contract may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice. Additionally, the landlord reserves the right to remove any resident from the housing at any point for any reason, including but not limited to violations of house rules, disruptive behavior, or any other conduct deemed unacceptable.
Privacy and Security
Personal information collected will be used solely for administrative purposes. The property is equipped with external security cameras for the safety of all residents.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes arising under this contract will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
Acknowledgment
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this housing contract, including the landlord's right to remove residents at any time.
